Refund Policy

At Lancst LLC. ("LancstTrack," "we," "us," or "our"), we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are issued for subscriptions purchased through our website at lancst.com. By subscribing to any LancstTrack plan, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Pro Plan)

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our Pro plan. If you are not satisfied with the Pro plan for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the date of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies only to the first subscription payment and does not extend to subsequent renewal charges.

To be eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee, you must submit your refund request within the 14-day window. Refund requests received after the 14-day period has elapsed will not be honored under this guarantee. The 14-day period begins on the date the initial payment is successfully processed, not the date you first access the service.

2. No Partial Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day money-back guarantee period has expired, no partial or full refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle or any previous billing cycles. This applies regardless of how much of the billing period remains or how frequently you have used the service.

If you cancel your Pro plan subscription after the 14-day window, you will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. Instead, you will retain access to all Pro plan features until the end of your current billing cycle, as described in Section 6 below.

3. Enterprise Plan Refund Policy

All Enterprise plan subscriptions are non-refundable. Because Enterprise plans are custom-priced and may include dedicated resources, custom integrations, service-level agreements (SLAs), and other tailored services, refunds are not available for Enterprise plan subscriptions under any circumstances.

Enterprise customers who wish to discuss their subscription terms, including early termination, should contact their dedicated account manager or reach out to us at [email protected] to review their individual agreement. Any modifications to Enterprise plan terms are subject to the specific contract executed between LancstTrack and the Enterprise customer.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request." Your email must include the following information:

  • The full name associated with your LancstTrack account
  • The email address used to register your account
  • The date of purchase
  • Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but appreciated so we can improve our service)

Our support team will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days and will process eligible refunds as described in Section 5. We reserve the right to request additional verification to confirm your identity and account ownership before issuing a refund.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request has been approved, please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The exact timing depends on your payment provider and financial institution.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. LancstTrack does not process refunds via alternative methods such as checks, wire transfers, or credits to a different payment account. If the original payment method is no longer active (for example, an expired credit card), the refund will still be submitted to Stripe, and your financial institution will determine how the funds are returned to you. If you experience any issues receiving your refund, please contact your bank or card issuer directly.

6. Cancellation and Access After Cancellation

You may cancel your LancstTrack subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. When you cancel your subscription, the following applies:

  • Continued access: You will retain full access to all features of your current plan until the end of your current billing period. Your service will not be interrupted immediately upon cancellation.
  • No further charges: Once cancelled, your subscription will not auto-renew, and no further charges will be applied to your payment method.
  • Downgrade to Free: At the end of your billing period, your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free plan. You will retain access to your account and any data within the Free plan's retention limits (7 days).
  • Data retention: Any data exceeding the Free plan's retention window may be permanently deleted after the downgrade. We recommend exporting your data before your paid subscription ends if you need to preserve it.

7. Prorated Cancellation

LancstTrack does not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. If you cancel your subscription partway through a billing period, you will not receive a refund for the remaining unused days. However, you will continue to have full access to the service until the end of that billing period.

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan (for example, from Pro to Free), the change will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the higher-tier features until the current billing period ends, and you will be billed at the lower-tier rate (or not billed at all, in the case of the Free plan) starting from the next cycle.

8. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. LancstTrack processes all payments and refunds through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. LancstTrack does not store your full credit card details; all payment information is securely handled by Stripe.

Refunds will appear on your statement as a credit from LancstTrack or Stripe. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. LancstTrack is not responsible for any delays caused by your payment provider or financial institution.

9. Exceptions and Disputes

LancstTrack reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service. Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to, repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds, or using the service extensively during the refund period with the intent of obtaining a free trial beyond the scope of our Free plan.

If you believe a charge was made in error or you wish to dispute a transaction, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly, and working with us directly will help ensure a faster resolution.

10. Changes to This Policy

LancstTrack reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about our refund practices.
